I saw this article by Andrew Dyer, a former McKinsey & Co consultant, on climate spectator and thought it was brilliant. He suggests a slightly different spin on a “low-carb diet plan that will help to reduce your carbon emissions while also reducing the impact on the hip pocket”. With industry research suggesting that ever increasing energy prices in Aus likely to double in the next 5 years, this is a must read.
